A simple to reduce hackers' attack

Many computer users have mostly been concerned about data security since stepping into digital information era. The biggest threat is the attack from hacker. Once the computer is attacked, we may not only suffer data loss or data leak, but also serious economic loss. Only more effective measures are adopted to protect data, can attacks be prevented. In order to deter hackers' assaults, we install fire wall and anti-virus programs in our computer. Although we have taken these means, it is still probable that our data are attacked. Is there any way to further data security? And I have two suggests and hope they are useful for you.
At present, FAT 32 and NTFS are file systems used by most Windows users. There is a big difference between FAT 32 and NTFS. Only NTFS can provide the function of enciphering data for us. FAT 32 does not have this property and every account can access and modify data stores in computer. One form of hacker intruding computer is that they hostilely operate on data by creating new administrator account. If we update the file systems to NTFS, we can effectively guard against hacker invasion and prevent them from visiting detailed contents of data. But this method can not stop them from deleting data, so you have to set permission for important files or folders.

Setting permission is another property of NTFS and FAT 32 has no this function, either. By using this performance, you can set users or user groups who are allowed to visit data and allocate different access permission to those users or user groups. If the user is not permitted and wants to access data illegally, the system will stop him through auditing function and record the illegal user or user groups through the security log of file system. By checking the security log, you can know what operations the visitor has done and take corresponding measures.

Encryption and function of setting permissions provided by NTFS can help us prevent hackers’ attack. But many users take FAT 32 that has no these properties, so their data is not safe enough. What should they do to protect their data? Don’t worry. There is some software that can convert FAT 32 to NTFS. MiniTool Partition Wizard can solve the problem of FAT 32 users. You needn’t to worry about data security. Just select the FAT 32 partition that will be converted and click "Convert FAT to NTFS", can the conversion can be accomplished. And you can set data encryption and access permission.

Hackers’ invasion and data destruction are the things everyone cares about. If taking effective methods, we can reduce the risk caused by hackers’ raid. Have you ever thought the serious consequences arising from the attacks? At that time, it’s too late to take actions.
